WB Police Recruitment 2021: West Bengal Police Recruitment Board (WBPRB) has declared the date of Preliminary Written Examination 2021 for recruitment to the post of Constable and Lady Constable in West Bengal Police. The Preliminary written examination for the recruitment of Constable and Lady Constable will be held on 26 September (Sunday) from 12 Noon to 1 PM.
E-admit cards can be downloaded from September 6
Candidates who have applied online for the examination can download the e-admit card by entering their date of birth and application number from the official website of West Bengal Police from 6 September. The official notice states that an SMS-alert will be sent to the registered mobile number of the candidates. However, the Board will not be responsible for non-delivery of such SMS.
Without admit card there will be no entry in the exam center
Candidates will have to produce the printout of their e-admit card along with ID proof at the exam venue. Candidates who have applied online will not get any paper admit card, it will be issued only to those who applied offline.
Let us inform that through this recruitment drive, a total of 7440 posts of constable and 1192 posts of lady constable are to be recruited in West Bengal Police. Online applications were invited in January and February this year.
There are several stages to be qualified for recruitment to these posts. First you have to clear the preliminary exam. Pre-qualified candidates will appear in the final written examination and will appear in the Physical Measurement Test (PMT) and Physical Efficiency Test (PET) and Interview Round to be conducted by the West Bengal Police Recruitment Board. Candidates who will qualify in all these stages will be eligible for recruitment.
