In view of the decline in Kovid-19 cases, all private and government schools in the state of Chhattisgarh have reopened with 50 percent attendance for 6th, 7th, 9th and 11th students from 2nd September i.e. today. . The state government had issued an order in this regard on Wednesday. Earlier, from August 2, schools have been opened in Chhattisgarh for students of classes 1 to 5, 8, 10 and 12.
During this, it is mandatory to follow the Kovid-19 protocol. According to the order issued by the School Education Department, schools in rural areas will have to take recommendations from village panchayats and parent committees, while for institutions located in urban areas, recommendations from ward councilors and parent committees will be mandatory.
Districts where positivity rate 1% Schools have been opened there
According to the order, schools are being opened only in those districts where the coronavirus positivity rate has been less than one percent for seven days. Students will have to attend classes on alternate days, which means that only half of the total number of students are allowed to attend school in a day. Along with this, children suffering from cough, cold and fever have not been allowed to come to school.
Online classes will continue as before
It has also been said in the order that online classes will continue as before and students will not be forced to attend offline classes. Schools will have to ensure that the COVID-19 guidelines issued by the Central and State Governments are strictly followed.
