Maharashtra FYJC Admission 2021: Round 2 For Admission In Class 11th Begins Today, Read Details

Round 2 of the admission process for Junior College First Year (FYJC) has started from Wednesday i.e. today. The second merit list will be released on September 4. The first round of admission was completed on Tuesday. In the first round, 48 thousand 787 students have been allotted first preference colleges, while 10 thousand 544 did not take their admission. Now they have to wait for Special Round 4. They cannot participate in Round 2 and 3.

Second round of admission from September 4 to September 6 will last

In Round 2, students can again change their college preferences on the basis of their marks and cut-off of the colleges where they are seeking admission. The second round of admission will be conducted from September 4 to September 6. Students who cancel the admission (of Round 1) will have to approach the respective colleges.

Minority quota merit List will be released on 4th September

Students seeking admission under minority and management quota can directly contact the colleges on September 1 and 2. The merit list for minority quota will be released on September 4. Education Minister Varsha Gaikwad has tweeted that about 3 lakh 75 thousand 351 candidates had submitted applications for the second round of Maharashtra 11th class admission process. Out of which only 3 lakh 6 thousand 111 have been accepted by the Maharashtra Education Board.
