Indian Institute of Technology (IIT), Kharagpur has released the new schedule for the Graduate Aptitude Test in Engineering or GATE 2022 registration. According to the new schedule, the application window for GATE 2022 will open on 2 September 2021. Let us tell you that earlier, the application process was to start from August 30. IIT Kharagpur has also issued a notification in this regard on the official website gate.iitkgpc.ac.in. It is to be noted that no change has been made in the last date of application and exam date. Candidates can apply for GATE 2022 from 2 September to 24 September 2021. At the same time, the last date to apply with late fee is 1 October 2021.

GATE 2022 admit card can be downloaded from January 3. GATE 2022 exam will be conducted on 5th, 6th, 12th and 13th February 2022. This exam will be of 180 minutes duration and will be conducted in Computer Based Test (CBT) mode. A total of 195 centers have been allotted for conducting GATE exam. The result of the examination will be declared on March 17. Candidates should note that all the dates are tentative and can also be revised keeping in view the pandemic situation.
