Schools of small classes in Bihar are also going to reopen now. Education Minister Vijay Kumar Choudhary had recently announced that schools for classes 1 to 10 would start soon. Schools can be opened from the second week of August 2021.
Schools from class 1 to 10will be opened
In this regard, Education Minister Vijay Kumar has also said that the current partial unlock will be effective till August 6, 2021 in the state. Only after this date, some more relaxations will be provided in the state, the details of which will be announced later. One of these relaxations will also be the reopening of schools from classes 1 to 10.
Schools have opened for 11th-12th classes
Let us inform that recently Bihar had also allowed the reopening of colleges and universities including higher classes 11th and 12th with 50 percent capacity. According to these rules, students have been allowed to go to educational institutions only on alternate days.
Covid-19 following safety protocols it is necessary to do
During the reopening phase, the government has made it mandatory to follow the Kovid-19 safety protocol. For this, SOPs will be issued to the institutions and they have to ensure that everyone follows them. While a single dose of Kovid-19 vaccination is essential, other safety measures like masks, maintaining social distance, sanitizing are also important.
The process of school reopening has started in many other states as well.
Significantly, Bihar is not the only state in the country which is going to reopen its educational institutions in a phased manner.
