Ahmedabad | September 26, 2025 — Praveg Limited (BSE: 531637) has officially commenced operations at its Praveg Adalaj Theme Park, developed under a PPP model with TCGL.
The project, set up on a 30-year lease, is managed by Praveg Adalaj Tourism Infrastructure Pvt. Ltd., a wholly owned subsidiary and special purpose vehicle of the company.
Located strategically on the Ahmedabad–Gandhinagar Highway, the venue enhances Gujarat’s standing as a premier destination for global summits, cultural festivals, and corporate events.
Drawing inspiration from the Adalaj Stepwell, the park blends heritage with modernity, creating a unique event infrastructure that celebrates Gujarat’s rich cultural legacy.

Spread across 23,000 sq. metres, the park features a 4,500 sq. metre garden, 1,924 sq. metre dining area, and 2,545 sq. metre ceremony space.
It also includes a 1,350 sq. metre amphitheatre with green rooms, a museum of heritage and culture, and 5,000 sq. metre parking facility for guests.
Exclusive venues include Jal Tarang, an open-air amphitheatre for conferences and brand launches, and The Vaav, inspired by Adalaj Stepwell for cultural and corporate events.
