Bollywood actor Hrithik Roshan rented his sea-facing Juhu apartment to actress Saba Azad. The apartment is in Mannat Apartments on Juhu-Versova Link Road and covers 12,000 sq ft over three floors. Hrithik bought it in 2020 for ₹97.5 crore. Saba Azad pays ₹75,000 per month as rent, which totals ₹9 lakhs a year. The rental agreement was signed on 4 August 2025 with a security deposit of ₹1.25 lakh. The rent is much lower than the market rate for such a property. Hrithik and Saba have been dating for three years and made their public debut in 2023. Hrithik was earlier married to Sussanne Khan and has two sons.
