2 min read

Actor Nora Fatehi has strongly denied reports linking her to drug-fuelled rave parties in Mumbai allegedly organised by a detained drug trafficker. The controversy emerged after Mohammed Salim Mohammed Suhail Shaikh, currently in custody, claimed he arranged such events for Bollywood and fashion celebrities. Reports suggested that underworld figure Dawood Ibrahim's nephew, Alishah Parkar, attended these gatherings. Nora responded on Instagram Stories, calling the claims lies and stating she is being used as an easy target. She emphasized that she does not attend parties and spends her time either working or with close friends and family. The actor warned against using her name and image in connection with such reports, saying it would come with a heavy price. Shaikh was deported from Dubai last month and is now held by Mumbai's Anti-Narcotics Cell.

The actor described herself as a workaholic with no personal life, spending off days at home, on a beach in Dubai, or with high school friends. Nora concluded by warning media outlets to refrain from linking her name and image to unrelated situations, threatening serious consequences.
