Fans who attended the event at The Theatre at Great Canadian Toronto reportedly left disappointed, claiming the actor arrived three hours late, departed early, and delivered a lacklustre interview rather than the expected dance performance. Although short dance clips went viral, attendees complained the event was not the concert they had paid for. Organisers True Sound Live Ltd. later explained that Madhuri's management team gave her incorrect call time information, causing her late arrival around 10 PM. In her recent post, Madhuri thanked Toronto audiences and announced upcoming tour dates, describing them as meet and greet events. However, she did not address the controversy directly. Her next appearance is scheduled for November 6 in New Jersey, followed by stops in Boston, Chicago, Houston, and New York.
