Sinha plays the antagonist Dhanapisachini, a character she describes as dark and layered. The film is set around the mysteries of the Anantha Padmanabha Swamy Temple and blends mythology with supernatural elements. Known for her work in Dabangg, Lootera, and Akira, the actress praised the Telugu film industry for its punctuality and work-life balance. She shared that the script instantly grabbed her attention and felt different from anything she had done before.
