RGV Reveals Why He Cast Ajay Devgn Over SRK in 'Company'Saralnama

Director Ram Gopal Varma initially offered Shah Rukh Khan the lead role in his 2002 gangster film 'Company'. However, after one meeting, RGV felt SRK's energetic style didn't suit the calm character of N Mallik. He then cast Ajay Devgn, who he believed was naturally suited for the role.
