Before that, she addressed a rally in Saharsa where she criticized the recent deletion of 65 lakh voters from electoral rolls, calling it a conspiracy.

Arrangements were made for 20,000 people at the FCI ground with proper barricading. Earlier in Saharsa, she criticized the removal of 65 lakh voters from electoral rolls, stating it weakens citizens' rights and denies government benefits. She called it a major conspiracy to cancel citizenship. Priyanka also suggested that the government should create a separate ministry for insults, as leaders waste time on unnecessary issues instead of focusing on development. She highlighted how Bihar's Valmiki Nagar farmers had historically inspired Mahatma Gandhi to launch the freedom struggle.
