The Central Bureau of Communication, a regional office of the Ministry of Information and Broadcasting under the Government of India, Patna, is conducting a voter awareness campaign across all districts of Bihar. The campaign started on October 30 and is being guided by Additional Director General Shailesh Kumar Malviya and Office Head Kumar Saurabh. In Shivhar district, the program is scheduled from November 5, 2025 to November 9, 2025 across various assembly constituencies and blocks. The first event took place on November 5, 2025 at the Government Middle School, Basant Jagjiwan, located in Purnahiya. The initiative uses songs, drama, and dance to educate voters about their rights and encourage maximum participation in elections. It also aims to inform citizens about government-provided voting facilities and the importance of exercising their franchise at polling centers.

Campaign Details and Objective
The awareness program in Shivhar was organized by the registered team of Central Bureau of Communication, Patna, led by Chitransh Sharde, under the direction of nodal officer Aarti Jha, who is a departmental artist at the Patna office. The campaign employs creative methods including songs, theatrical performances, and dance to engage and educate voters. The primary objective is to inform citizens about their voting rights and motivate them to visit their designated polling stations to cast their votes. Additionally, the program educates people about various facilities and services provided by the government related to the voting process, ensuring that every eligible voter understands the importance of participating in the democratic process.
