Union Home Minister Amit Shah addressed multiple election rallies across Bihar on the final day of campaigning for the first phase of assembly polls. Speaking in Darbhanga, Motihari, and Betia, he strongly criticized the opposition alliance led by RJD and Congress. Shah accused Rahul Gandhi of running a campaign to protect infiltrators and assured voters that the NDA government would remove every infiltrator from Bihar. He urged voters to press the button for NDA candidates so strongly that its impact would be felt in Italy, a reference to the Gandhi family's Italian connections. Shah warned against the return of what he called jungle raj and appealed to voters to support NDA on November 6 and 11. He also emphasized development work under the Modi government and contrasted it with the opposition's tenure.

Warning Against Jungle Raj and Opposition Attacks
At the Betia rally, Shah told voters to press the button for NDA symbols, the lotus and arrow, so hard on November 11 that its shock would reach Italy. He warned that if voters made a mistake on November 6 and 11, jungle raj would return to Bihar. In Darbhanga, he said the election was not just about electing legislators but preventing the return of lawlessness. Shah also criticized Rahul Gandhi's recent yatra through Darbhanga, where he claimed derogatory remarks were made against Prime Minister Modi and his mother. He stated that whenever the opposition insults Modi, the lotus blooms stronger in elections.
