The NDA government has announced several schemes for women, including the Mahila Rojgar Yojana providing two lakh rupees for business, 35% reservation for Bihar women in government jobs, reduced interest on loans for Jeevika Didis, increased salaries for ASHA and Mamta workers, and higher pension amounts for widows and elderly women.

During the virtual interaction on November 4, 2025, Prime Minister Modi spoke directly with women workers to understand ground-level preparations. Dr. Rekha, a homeopathy doctor and Mahila Morcha president from Begusarai, reported high enthusiasm among voters. She mentioned that women will outnumber men in voting this time. Modi responded by stating that NDA will win with a huge margin and he has no doubts about the victory. He emphasized that NDA rallies are breaking records daily, with venues echoing with slogans from women and girls. The Prime Minister asked workers about their plans to maximize voter turnout across Bihar constituencies during the ongoing assembly elections.
