Saralnama, Railway Protection Force (RPF) in Samastipur, Bihar returned a navy blue trolley bag worth ₹40,000 to its owner. The bag was left behind in coach S-05 of train 15910. RPF constable Kanhaiya Kumar found the bag on platform 5 at 7 am. The owner, Neelu Devi from Sitamarhi, had already alighted at Muzaffarpur station. RPF contacted her and returned the bag containing sarees and other items after verification. Neelu Devi praised RPF's honesty and humanitarian approach.
