Anjar Naimi was appointed as district president, while Syed Mazahrul Hasan became the district general secretary. RJD's Bihar state president Mangani Lal Mandal made these appointments with immediate effect. He hopes these changes will strengthen the party's base in Kishanganj. RJD's MLA candidate Master Mujahid Alam honored both new appointees. Naimi, a former MLA from Bahadurganj, was not given a ticket this time.
