The film Param Sundari starring Janhvi Kapoor and Sidharth Malhotra will release on 29 August 2025. The movie is a romantic comedy set in Kerala, showing a love story between a Delhi boy and a South Indian girl. After the trailer release, many fans compared it to the famous film Chennai Express. Janhvi said the comparison is a compliment but pointed out that her character is from Kerala, not Tamil Nadu like in Chennai Express. Sidharth also welcomed the comparison and said Param Sundari aims to bring back romantic comedies like old Bollywood hits.
