Sunita Ahuja has filed for divorce from Bollywood actor Govinda in the Bandra Family Court under Section 13 (1) (i), (ia), (ib) of the Hindu Marriage Act 1955, citing adultery, cruelty, and desertion. The petition was reportedly filed in December 2024. The court summoned Govinda on May 25, 2025, but while Sunita has been attending court hearings regularly, Govinda has often been absent. Recently, Govinda was spotted alone at the Mumbai airport, appearing calm and smiling in an all-white outfit, without Sunita accompanying him.
