The Trump Mobile T1 Phone has faced scrutiny after promotional images showed a gold-colored Samsung Galaxy S25 Ultra with a T1 logo and US flag, which was identified as a Photoshopped render including a Spigen case logo. The phone's official design remains unknown, and its advertised specifications have changed since launch, with the screen size reduced from 6.78 inches to 6.25 inches. Initial launch dates in August and September have been removed, and the company no longer claims the device is made in the USA, instead stating there are “American hands behind every device.” The T1 Phone was originally promoted with a 50-megapixel main camera, triple rear cameras, 12 GB RAM, 256 GB storage, Android 15 OS, and a 5000 mAh battery. Preorders require a $100 down payment, but the release date remains uncertain. The marketing approach has drawn criticism, including from Spigen, whose logo appeared on the altered image. The phone’s actual manufacturing origin and final design details have not been confirmed. (Updated 22 Aug 2025, 17:32 IST; source: link)
