Fusion CX Opens Siliguri Facility, Plans ₹1000 Crore IPO for Expansion

Fusion CX, a Kolkata-based global customer experience solutions provider, inaugurated a new 54,000 sq ft facility in Siliguri, West Bengal, with an initial capacity for 3,000 employees to serve domestic and international clients. Currently, 400 employees work at the center, servicing four customers, with plans to increase to 1,500 by December 2025 and 3,000 by the end of 2026. The center currently serves 80% domestic and 20% international customers, with intentions to expand international business, which currently accounts for 40% of the company’s revenue. Fusion CX reported ₹991 crore in revenue for FY24 and ₹925 crore for the first nine months of FY25. The company filed a draft red herring prospectus with SEBI in May 2025 to raise ₹1,000 crore through an IPO, comprising a fresh issue of ₹600 crore and an offer for sale of ₹400 crore. Proceeds will be used for debt repayment, investments in subsidiaries, acquisitions, and corporate purposes. Fusion CX operates over 40 centers in 15 countries, with major business from Europe and North America. The company expects no impact from proposed US tariffs on its services.
