The Institute of Banking Personnel Selection has released a corrigendum revising the vacancy numbers for Customer Service Associates recruitment under CRP-CSA XV. The updated state-wise and bank-wise vacancy details were published as a revised Annexure-I, with data current as of November 14, 2025. The original notification issued on August 1, 2025, remains valid except for the changed vacancy figures. Participating banks have provided their expected position counts, but IBPS clarified that final allotments will depend on actual vacancies reported later. The revised list covers all states and union territories, with larger states like Uttar Pradesh, Maharashtra, Karnataka, Gujarat, Tamil Nadu and West Bengal holding the majority of positions. Smaller regions including Sikkim, Ladakh, Puducherry and Lakshadweep have fewer posts. Candidates are advised to review the updated Annexure-I for the latest bank-wise and category-wise details, including reservations for SC, ST, OBC (NCL), EWS and sub-categories like HI, OC, VI, ID, ESM and DESM, before finalising their preferences.

Revised Vacancy Distribution and Reservation Categories
The updated vacancy list reflects fresh totals across all Indian states and union territories. Uttar Pradesh, Maharashtra, Karnataka, Gujarat, Tamil Nadu and West Bengal continue to hold the largest share of positions. In contrast, smaller regions such as Sikkim, Ladakh, Puducherry and Lakshadweep report only limited posts. The revised PDF document also details reservations across multiple categories including SC, ST, OBC (NCL), EWS and various sub-categories like HI (Hearing Impaired), OC (Orthopaedically Challenged), VI (Visually Impaired), ID (Intellectual Disability), ESM (Ex-Servicemen) and DESM (Dependents of Ex-Servicemen). Aspirants are urged to carefully examine the updated Annexure-I to understand bank-specific and category-specific allocations before submitting their final preferences for the recruitment process.
