The event featured a Season 4 promotional video by JioStar, showcasing the tournament's dynamic gameplay and fan energy. Content creators and superfans received exclusive SA20 merchandise. The league has successfully blended international stars like Kane Williamson, Joe Root, Jos Buttler, Sunil Narine, Andre Russell, and Trent Boult with emerging South African players including Dewald Brevis, Tristan Stubbs, Kwena Maphaka, and Ryan Rickelton.
