Railway Recruitment Boards are set to release the city intimation slip for the RRB Group D 2025 examination in the coming days. Candidates who have applied for the computer-based test can download their exam city slip from the official websites of their respective regional RRBs. The computer-based test is scheduled to start on November 17, 2025, and will continue until December 2025. This recruitment drive aims to fill 32,438 vacancies across the railway organization. The examination will consist of 100 questions carrying 100 marks, with negative marking of one-third mark for each incorrect answer. Candidates who clear the computer-based test will need to undergo Physical Efficiency Test, Document Verification, and Medical Examination. The exam city and date link, along with travel authority for reserved category candidates, will be available approximately 10 days before the scheduled exam date.
Exam Pattern and Selection Process Details
The RRB Group D 2025 examination will be conducted as a single-stage Computer-Based Test, though the Railway Administration reserves the right to conduct it in single or multiple stages if needed. The test will include 100 questions for 100 marks. There will be negative marking, with 1/3 mark deducted for every wrong answer. Candidates who successfully qualify in the CBT will advance to the Physical Efficiency Test. Following the PET, shortlisted candidates must complete Document Verification and pass the Medical Examination. The link for viewing exam city and date, as well as downloading travel authority for SC/ST candidates, will become active around 10 days before the examination date on all regional RRB websites.
