The remastered version of SS Rajamouli's iconic film series, Baahubali: The Epic, was released in theatres on October 31. This combined edition merges Baahubali: The Beginning from 2015 and Baahubali 2: The Conclusion from 2017 into a single cinematic experience. The movie features Prabhas in dual roles, alongside Anushka Shetty, Rana Daggubati, Tamannah Bhatia, Ramya Krishnan, Sathyaraj, and Nassar. Both the visuals and sound were completely overhauled for the release, with enhancements to visual effects, colour, dynamics, and Dolby Atmos sound. Despite high expectations and release in numerous countries with formats like Dolby, Dbox, and ICE Immersive, the film experienced a significant drop on weekdays after a strong opening weekend. By Wednesday, the sixth day, the domestic collection reached ₹29.44 crore net, while worldwide earnings stood at ₹45 crore in the first five days. Overseas collections remained below anticipation.
