The horror-comedy film featuring Ayushmann Khurrana and Rashmika Mandanna has maintained a steady presence at the box office. On its sixteenth day, the movie collected approximately ₹1.66 crore across all languages in India, bringing its total domestic earnings to ₹125.71 crore. The film, directed by Aditya Sarpotdar and produced by Maddock Films, was released on October 21, 2025. It is part of Maddock's horror-comedy universe and also stars Nawazuddin Siddiqui and Paresh Rawal. The story follows a journalist named Alok who meets Tadaka, a mysterious woman from an ancient clan resembling mythological vampires. Their encounter leads to a tale involving love, transformation, and a battle with a menacing leader. Despite a gradual decline in daily collections after a strong opening, the film has been declared a commercial success.

Box Office Performance and Regional Occupancy Trends
The film opened with an impressive ₹24 crore on its first day, driven mainly by the Hindi version. Weekday collections dropped to ₹10 crore by Friday, but weekend momentum returned with Saturday earning ₹13.1 crore and Sunday ₹12.6 crore. The first week total reached ₹108.4 crore. The second week added ₹15.9 crore before a weekday slowdown set in. Across major cities, occupancy remained moderate yet consistent. Mumbai and NCR averaged 14-15 percent, while Pune, Hyderabad, and Lucknow performed slightly better. Chennai recorded the highest occupancy at 40 percent, though on limited screens. Bengaluru, Ahmedabad, and Chandigarh saw comparatively lower turnout, while tier-2 markets maintained 12-14 percent occupancy.
