Leader of the Opposition Rahul Gandhi recently highlighted alleged voter irregularities in five Haryana Assembly constituencies as part of his H-Files campaign. He displayed a photograph of a woman reportedly appearing 22 times on voter lists across 10 booths in the Rai constituency, describing it as evidence of a centralised voter manipulation operation. Gandhi also pointed to discrepancies in Hodal, Mulana, Tigaon, and Badshahpur seats. These five constituencies have witnessed varied electoral outcomes over the last three Assembly elections held in 2014, 2019, and 2024. While the BJP secured victories in most of these seats in recent polls, the Congress managed to retain Mulana. The voting patterns reveal shifting loyalties and differing victory margins across elections, reflecting the competitive political landscape in Haryana.

Electoral Performance Across Five Haryana Constituencies
In Rai, the BJP triumphed in 2019 and 2024, with victories by Mohan Lal Badoli and Krishna Gahlawat. The winning margin increased from around 2,600 votes in 2019 to over 4,600 in 2024. Hodal witnessed Congress PCC chief Udai Bhan losing to BJP's Harinder Singh by 2,595 votes in 2024, despite winning in 2014. Tigaon remained a BJP stronghold with Rajesh Nagar winning by over 37,000 votes in 2024. Badshahpur saw former minister Rao Narbir Singh win by over 60,000 votes last year. Mulana was the sole Congress hold, with Pooja Chaudhary winning by more than 12,000 votes in 2024, improving upon Varun Chaudhary's narrow 1,600-vote margin in 2019.
