Congress workers staged a unique demonstration at Sonipat railway station on Monday, alleging that trains carrying BJP symbols and flags were being dispatched to Bihar for election campaigning. District Councillor Sanajy Badwasniya led the protest, during which workers used spectacles as a symbolic prop to claim that the Election Commission only sees BJP and ignores violations of the electoral code. They accused the ruling party of using taxpayer money from Haryana to fund campaign activities in Bihar. Protesters claimed that instead of addressing local issues like unemployment, inflation, and corruption affecting farmers, youth, workers, and traders, the state government was misusing public funds. Several Congress leaders and a large number of party workers participated, raising slogans against the BJP government and the Election Commission for the alleged misuse of public resources.

Protest Over Alleged Misuse of Public Funds
District Councillor Sanajy Badwasniya accused BJP leaders of dispatching Bihar residents via trains while wearing party badges and waving green flags with BJP symbols at the railway station. He stated this was a betrayal of Haryana's people, claiming the ruling party was spending tax money from the state on Bihar elections to please senior leaders. Badwasniya highlighted that youth, farmers, workers, and businesspeople in the state struggle with rising inflation, unemployment, and corruption, yet the government focuses resources elsewhere. Congress workers present, including Prem Narayan Gupta, Professor Banshilal, state vice-president Rituraj, Rakesh Sauda, Bindi Bhardwaj, Dr. Rakesh Kumar, and others, loudly condemned the BJP government and Election Commission during the demonstration.
