During a question-and-answer session on Twitter, a fan asked if she would collaborate with Prabhas, to which the actor responded positively, hoping the message reaches him and they work together on something special soon. Earlier, Rashmika was reportedly in talks to star alongside Prabhas in Sandeep Reddy Vanga's film Spirit, but the role eventually went to Tripti Dimri after Deepika Padukone exited. Meanwhile, Rashmika has enjoyed a busy year with multiple releases including Chhaava, Sikander, and Kuneraa. Her latest film Thamma has received positive reviews. Directed by Aditya Sarpotdar and produced by Maddock Films, Thamma is the fifth installment in the Maddock Horror Comedy Universe. Previously, reports suggested Rashmika was being considered for a role opposite Prabhas in Sandeep Reddy Vanga's Spirit. However, Deepika Padukone was initially locked for the part before her exit. Eventually, Tripti Dimri was cast in the film. Both Rashmika and Tripti appeared in Sandeep's earlier film Animal alongside Ranbir Kapoor, making the casting developments noteworthy.
