Tetr College of Business, an international business school founded by Indian education entrepreneur Pratham Mittal, has introduced a one-year Masters in Management and Technology programme. Announced on October 7, 2025, the course spans three continents—Dubai, China, and Europe—targeting early-career professionals, aspiring entrepreneurs, family business successors, and individuals from technical or creative backgrounds aiming to enter business leadership. Designed for participants aged 20 to 28, the programme blends academic learning with practical venture building. Students develop consumer ventures in Dubai, focus on scaling and supply chain optimization in China, and create experiential businesses in Europe. The final semester includes a two-month paid internship with leading brands and startups. Tetr's first cohort of 110 students built 44 ventures, generating over USD 300,000 in revenue. Degrees are awarded by Middlesex University, UK, with Dubai serving as the programme's base.

Multi-Continent Programme Combining Learning and Venture Building
The Masters in Management and Technology programme takes participants through Dubai, China, and Europe, offering distinct learning experiences in each location. In Dubai, students focus on building consumer-facing ventures, learning branding, packaging, and market entry strategies while engaging with luxury retail groups, sovereign wealth funds, and startups. China emphasizes product scaling, supply chain optimization, and leveraging artificial intelligence, automation, and emerging technologies for large-scale business development. In Europe, specifically Madrid, students create ventures centered on curated experiences in food, culture, luxury travel, and lifestyle. The programme concludes with a two-month paid internship across finance, marketing, consulting, and operations sectors, providing hands-on industry exposure with top companies and startups globally.
