AIIMS INICET 2026 Admit Card out today update: key points for applicants

The All India Institute of Medical Sciences has released the AIIMS INICET Admit Card 2026 for the January session. The Institute of National Importance Combined Entrance Test is conducted for admission to postgraduate courses including Doctor of Medicine, Masters of Surgery, Doctorate of Medicine, Master of Dental Surgery, and Master of Chirurgiae. Candidates can download their admit cards from the official AIIMS examination website at aiimsexams.ac.in. The examination is scheduled for Sunday, 9 November 2025, with results expected on 15 November 2025. The test consists of 200 questions divided into four sections, each containing 50 questions. Candidates will have three hours to complete the examination. Based on their performance, students will be admitted to one of the 10 AIIMS locations or other participating institutes across India. This entrance test has been the unified admission method since 2021.

Examination Details and Download Process

The INICET examination will be held on 9 November 2025 and comprises 200 questions to be answered in three hours. The paper is divided into four parts with 50 questions each, meaning candidates should ideally spend 45 minutes per section. Each wrong answer attracts negative marking with one-third marks deducted. To download the admit card, candidates must visit the official website aiimsexams.ac.in, click on the INICET Admit Card 2026 link on the homepage, enter login credentials in the pop-up window, submit details, and download the displayed admit card. Results will be announced on 15 November 2025. The examination determines admission to 10 AIIMS locations including Delhi, Bhopal, Bhubaneswar, Jodhpur, Patna, Nagpur, Raipur, Rishikesh, Bathinda, and Bibinagar, along with institutes like NIMHANS Bengaluru, PGI Chandigarh, JIPMER Puducherry, and SCTIMST Trivandrum.
