Nigella seeds have been used historically for immunity. Healthy fats enhance nutrient absorption. Sheikh noted that while this remedy may help with mild inflammation, digestion, and immunity, individuals with certain conditions such as gallstones or acidity, or those on blood-thinning medications, should exercise caution and consult healthcare providers first.
