Jail DG Alok Rai said on Friday that the 'bhai ji culture' in prisons has ended. Inmates now perform all tasks as per the jail manual. Strict hygiene rules are enforced, including restrictions on long hair. Gangsters can't make others do their work. The department plans to show journalists the prison system soon.
