Saralnama2 youths attacked two others with knives over a bike riding on rangoli in Bhilai, Chhattisgarh. The incident occurred near Telhanala in Khursipar police station area. Mangal Singh died on the spot, while Tushar Verma was seriously injured. The clash erupted after an argument about a bike accidentally running over a rangoli. Police arrested the accused, Ravindra and Rajesh, within hours. They face charges of murder and attempted murder. Additional forces were deployed to maintain peace in the area.
