Saralnama5 people, including 4 children, were injured when a speeding car hit a railing near Victory Tunnel in Shimla on around 10 PM. The victims, from Rajasthan, were sleeping on the footpath when the railing fell on them. They were taken to IGMC hospital for treatment. The injured are Bheri (22), her daughter Sona (4), Vishal (8), Maya (6), and Kishan (4 months). The family sells balloons in Shimla.
