Saralnama55-year-old Rupnath from Hadoli died in a bike accident near Damla, Yamunanagar on Diwali evening. He was returning with his wife and grandchildren after celebrating Bhai Dooj at his sister's and daughter's homes. Around 6 PM, their bike collided head-on with another speeding motorcycle at Baloli turn. Rupnath's wife Rajkumari was seriously injured. The grandchildren escaped unhurt. Rupnath was declared dead at Yamunanagar Civil Hospital. Rajkumari blamed the other rider's reckless driving for the crash. Police arrived at the scene.
