Karnataka PGCET 2024 Postponed, KEA Announces Reopening of Applications

In a significant development, Karnataka Examinations Authority (KEA) has announced the postponement of Karnataka PGCET 2024. Originally scheduled for July 13 and 14, 2024, the entrance test has been deferred due to a clash with the final semester exams of some universities in the state.

Karnataka PGCET 2024: Reasons for Postponement

Many students had submitted requests to KEA for the postponement of PGCET 2024 exam as several universities in Karnataka are commencing their final semester exams from July 5 to 10, 2024. This scheduling conflict created concerns among aspiring postgraduate students who had planned to appear for the PGCET.

Karnataka PGCET 2024: Reopening of Applications

To accommodate the needs of the students, KEA has decided to reopen the Karnataka PGCET 2024 registration window. Candidates who have not yet applied for the entrance test can now register online at kea.kar.nic.in until July 7, 2024 (11:59 pm). However, the deadline for fee payment will remain July 9, 2024 (6 pm).
