SaralnamaA speeding tractor killed a 12-year-old boy in Darbhanga. Mohammad Shahid-ur-Rahman was riding his bicycle outside his home before school when the tractor (BR-07 1979) hit him. The boy died before reaching the hospital. His brother Mohammad Amanullah said the tractor driver was drunk. Police seized the vehicle owned by Suresh Yadav.
