Noida Authority has started naming group housing developers who haven't paid land dues. They put up boards showing pending amounts outside projects like Lotus Panache in Sector 110 and Supertech Eco City in Sector 137. Lotus Panache, launched in 2010, owes about ₹1,200 crore. The project is under insolvency proceedings since 2019. Residents face registry issues and incomplete amenities. Noida Authority CEO Dr Lokesh M calls it an information campaign, not punishment. The Authority will display boards at other projects and upload details on their website. To check if your housing project is on the list, visit the Noida Authority's official website.
