Organized by the Noida Authority in collaboration with Coforge Limited , the events aimed to promote environmental awareness and healthy living among residents. Environmental Awareness Through Action: The day began with a mini-marathon race held at Sector-21A Stadium . Approximately 500 participants registered for the event, both online and offline. The theme for the day was " Clean Noida, Healthy Noida ," reflecting the dual goals of environmental cleanliness and personal health. Tree Plantation and Workshops: In addition to the marathon, tree plantation drives and awareness workshops were held at the Noida Authority's Public Health Department office in Sector-94 . These activities aimed to educate the public about the importance of trees and their role in combating climate change.Yogendra Sharma, President of Fonrwa, emphasized the significance of the event, stating, “The event aimed to make Noida residents more aware of the importance of environmental conservation and cleanliness.” His words echoed the day's sentiment, urging citizens to take proactive steps in maintaining their surroundings. Recognition and Rewards: The event concluded with the felicitation of winners in different categories (men and women) of the mini-marathon.
