NEW DELHI, September 26: Resilience AI today launched a rapid risk-assessment tool, ‘Resilience360 ID’, that can scan a property’s vulnerability to natural disasters within 24 to 72 hours. The move aims to help individuals and enterprises shift from reactive damage control to proactive climate resilience planning.
The software performs a 360-degree diagnostic, evaluating over 25 climatic, geophysical, and structural parameters. It generates property-specific insights with over 90 per cent accuracy, applicable to both constructed and under-construction buildings.
A Proactive Approach to Disasters
Samhita R, Co-Founder and CEO of Resilience AI, emphasized the transformative goal. “Resilience isn’t just about recovering from disasters; it’s about anticipating them,” she stated. The tool is designed to collapse weeks of complex analysis into actionable, real-time intelligence.
Enterprise Adoption and Key Benefits
The platform is already deployed by major enterprises across real estate, power utilities, and data centres. Key promised benefits include real-time action pathways and up to 50 per cent savings in disaster risk and compliance costs.
The service is accessible via ‘Earth Inherited’, a sustainability gateway co-created by ECube Investment Advisors and The Indian Express Group. This partnership aims to bridge the gap between innovative climate technology and end-users.
Official Endorsements
The parent software, Resilience360™, is endorsed by India’s National Disaster Management Authority (NDMA). Its design is aligned with global standards, including the UN’s Sendai Framework and the TCFD recommendations on climate-related financial disclosures.
